Maintenance Protocols
Guidelines:
Full Replacement: Every 2000 hours (or 800–1200 hours in heavy dust/mining).
Interim Cleaning: Every 200–300 hours, clean outer filter with low-pressure compressed air (≤ 5 bar) from inside out.
Safety Core: Never clean the inner safety filter; if dirty, replace it immediately with the outer filter.
Installation: Ensure the housing dust valve points downward and all clips are locked.
