2. Technical Data & Compatibility Responsibility

The heavy machinery industry involves complex configurations that vary by region and production year.

Mandatory Verification: To ensure 100% compatibility, customers must provide the Machine Serial Number (PIN) and Engine Nameplate data. Xuzhou Sinoswift shall not be held liable for mechanical mismatches resulting from orders placed solely based on website part numbers without physical verification.

3. Operational Safety & Professional Qualification

4. Global Logistics & Trade Risk Management

Packaging Standard: We utilize export-grade protection, including VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) rust-proof packaging and reinforced fumigation-free wooden crates.

Inspection Obligation: Upon delivery, the customer is obligated to inspect the external packaging. If damage is found that may affect precision components (e.g., bearings, hydraulic valves), photographic evidence must be provided to Xuzhou Sinoswift within 24 hours of receipt to initiate insurance claims.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, international maritime accidents, or extreme weather conditions.
